Terms of Service

ECO Connect is software that lets environmental, hazmat and UXO workers present their experience and lets contractor companies find, hire, assign and manage that workforce, including hours, expenses and documents.

ECO Connect is not an employer, staffing agency, safety authority, training provider or certifying body. We do not guarantee work, pay, or the outcome of any hiring decision.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your password secure, and for everything done through your account.

One person, one account. Do not share logins or impersonate anyone.

Workers control their own profile and choose which companies receive their documents and hours. Companies control their own job postings, employee files and project records, and are responsible for how they use worker information under applicable privacy and employment law.

A company account may add team members with different permission levels. The company is responsible for who it grants access to.

A verification mark in ECO Connect reflects a limited internal review of what was submitted to us. It is NOT a guarantee of a person's legal qualification, competence, certification status, security clearance, fitness for duty, employability or suitability for any particular project or site.

Employers remain fully responsible for their own hiring, qualification, background, medical, safety and regulatory decisions and checks.

Hour totals, logbook conversions, rankings and AI-assisted reading of uploaded pages are conveniences. Automated extraction can misread handwriting, dates and totals.

The worker is responsible for the accuracy and honesty of everything submitted. Companies must independently verify hours, experience and credentials before relying on them.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the features you use, including showing it to the companies you send it to.

You must have the right to upload it, and it must not be unlawful, deceptive or someone else's confidential material.

No false or altered credentials, hours or identities. No uploading Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, passports, bank details or medical records. No scraping, reselling or republishing other users' data. No harassment, spam, malware, or attempts to access data you are not entitled to.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is reported and found to be fraudulent, or presents a risk to other users. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.

You can delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is retained.

The ECO Connect platform — including its original software and source code, user interface, screen designs, graphics, icons, text and other content, product workflows, and the ECO Connect name and logo — is owned by ECO CONNECT or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service as intended, no licence or ownership interest is granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, lease or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the platform; create a derivative or substantially similar service from it; scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-export its content or data for the purpose of reproducing or competing with the service; use automated means to access it outside the interfaces we provide; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its accounts, servers or underlying systems; or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of it, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Third-party and open-source software used to build ECO Connect remains the property of its respective owners and is used under its own licence terms, which we preserve. Nothing here claims ownership of that software.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, as described in section 6. Feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without obligation. Report suspected infringement to EnvironmentalContractorHR@gmail.com.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change. We may perform maintenance without notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost work, lost profits, hiring or staffing decisions, safety incidents, regulatory findings, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on information in it.

Employment, site eligibility and safety decisions remain entirely between the worker and the company.
