Enter real names, real companies, real hours and real credentials. Do not submit altered, borrowed or invented documents, hours or logbook pages. Do not post a job you are not actually hiring for.
Do not upload or type Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, passports, birth certificates, bank or payroll account numbers, or medical records anywhere in ECO Connect. If a company needs those for onboarding, send them through that company's own secure system.
Redact sensitive identifiers before uploading a scan. Material uploaded in breach of this rule may be removed.
Company information about workers may only be used to evaluate, hire and manage workers. Do not scrape, export in bulk, resell or republish other users' information, and do not contact people for anything unrelated to work.
No harassment, threats, discrimination, spam or deceptive messaging. No attempts to bypass access controls, probe the platform's security, or access records that are not yours.
Anyone can report a company, job or user from within the platform. Reports are reviewed by ECO Connect administration; we investigate before acting, and accounts are not removed on the strength of a report alone.
Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, suspension or permanent closure of the account.
